    workouts for inner quads

Hey about 3 yrs ago I dislocated my kneecap because of the lack of strength of my inner quads and since the injury it has gotten significantly weaker. Does anybody know any workouts that target that part of the muscle.

I would have thought that you would have gone to a physical therapist and they would have given you exercises. I do not know the condition of your knee joint, so it is kind of hard to answer. Are you having pain still? I would go with leg extensions and just try to strengthen the knee joint before going into compound exercises. Are you active now, are you doing exercises....more information???

i know that feet real close together on the legpress helps build the teardrops around your knee, so this may make that region stronger, but i'm not sure with your injury so this is just my $.02
