sprint routine for fat loss
i hate to be needy, but could someone post their sprint routine, or any sprint routine that can be used. thanks...

This is what I posted in the other sprints thread when I was asked...
Really in the end, you can manipulate the variables as much as you want. You can do it on the track, on grass, at the beach, bb court etc
I would recommend walking between sprints, but that’s up to the individual.
The only variations I’ve tried are:
Total of 10 sprints, 3 of them at 100%
Total of 6 sprints, all at 100%
Total of 10 sprints, at medium pace
5 sets of 3 medium sprints, with 2 min break between sets
I ALWAYS walk quickly between sprints, and where I run, the length is 70 metres

so is each line there a different routine? i guess im having some trouble understanding the routine. so e.g....
"total of 10 sprints, 3 of them at 100%"
here, are you doing a sprint for 70 meters, walking for 70 meters and then sprinting again? i'm having trouble figureing this out.

Yep each line is a different routine. So when I say 10 sprints, 3 of them @ 100%, I mean I might do 3 medium sprints, then one at 100%, then another 2 at medium, then 1 at 100%, then 2 more medium, then the final one @ 100%. And yes, 70m sprints, then walk back the 70m’s.

nova: looks like you were intrigued by sputniks thread on sprinting as well. let us know how they were out for you. ill be startin them today so ill keep yas updated on how it goes.
