    Close-grips presses(heavy ass weight)

Dips(weighted)careful to use correct form,or it will turn into a chest exercise

finish off tri's with a stretch exercise like standing one arm DB extentions

3 sets of each..in that order..

stiffler, If your doing 3 work sets increase the weigh each set, each week, hit 10-12 reps to insure hypertrophy.

    Im the opposite.

Do you guys feel that you feel it better on close grip bench when you keep your elbows close to your body..sort of like parallel to your body??

I'm not sure what you mean when you say your are the opposite?

Yes,I keep my arms as close to my torso as possible.Bring the bar down below the chest and on the positive I push away from my body(if you know what I mean?)

Forgot to quote the original poster, I meant my bi's are stubborn and won't grow but my tri's grow pretty well.
