My stats are: 5'9 202 11%bf 5yrs training-My goal is to get cut up I know diet is key so I've been working on that. As far as the routine do you guys think it is good? I'm currently on a 3-day split started around 8 weeks ago-which for some reason I feel like It's not working. So I'm just going back to basic on what I use to do

unless you guys can let me know a good 3 day routine because I do like it because I get more rest. I've been looking into the sticky about the various training splits but I can't decide they all look good like. HIT, 5x5, DFHT, HST, (to confusing-overwhelming)
