    Blue Collar Workout

I work a 4 day on and 4 day off work schedule. But I work 13 hours the days i work and have a 1 hour drive each way. SO i put in around 15 hours a day on my 4 working days. I am natural, no juice (yet).

Would it be better to train 4 days I am off and rest the 4 days I work. Or break it up throughout the week?

If its better to break it up through the week, what is the best way to do it over an 8 day schedule?

IMO, you would be better off working out on days off from work. After a 15 hr day, your body just needs to rest. By switching to your off days to workout, you will get more rest, and your muscles will respond better.

that's a tricky little diddy right there.
i would have to agree with DWayne, workout on your off days, and rest up after your long ass work days.
working out is better than not...

I just thought it would be hard to cram back, chest, legs in a four day period, with no rest in between.
