wuts up, i have been working out my calves extra on a day i dont do legs as of late to improve them and they are extemyly sore today.
The only problem is i am suppose to do legs today. I will not do legs if i cannot do calves too. My question is this arnold worked out his calves evryday so i am sure he has lifted while they are sore. should i suck it up or what the only thing is they are pretty damn sore. Any advice i would appreciate thanks.
