The Waiter's Bow reminds me of the Zercher Good Morning. Both are relatively easy to learn but yet very effective posterior chain strength exercises.

I wish we saw more beginners using the Good Morning (Zercher Variation) version of the traditional good morning exercise. It does not take long to learn and can be made more comfortable with padding. I rarely see an individual unable to execute this exercise properly. The traditional good morning is another story...
