Please Help With Routine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Need some help started my mass building cycle exactly two weeks ago my workout routine am using is
Mon-chest tri
Tues-back-bi
Wens-shoulders legs
Thur-chest tri
Fri-back bi
Sat-shoulders legs
But I feel that the workout is two long I don’t know if I should do one body part
A day but since am doing gear I recover faster I was going to switch to one body part
A day once I was off since my muscle will need more recovery time
My question is does any one know a good mass building routine
You don’t have to give me specific exercises just the body parts and for what
Day.

your overtraining imo if you want to build mass do one body part a week my routine now is this and im tryin to bulk up
mon- chest/calves
tue- back/shoulders
wed- off
thur - legs
fri - bis/tris
it seems to be working 12-16 sets per body part is plenty if you tax yourself every set hope this helps good luck to ya

You might want ot take a look at IRON MANs or DoggCrapps training routines in this thread.

No reason to hit shoulders and back twice a week, remember they grow when you rest so if your not resting them enough guess what's gonna happen, their not gonna grow..
Not bad though, keep it up!
