pwo meal or shake only after all cardio workout day???
should i drink my usual pwo shake after doing only cardio (40 mins. on elliptical)??? Hurry w/ amswers I am STARVING lol haha

I do both, don't see the need to change your diet on cardio day..

Are you saying in terms of spiking insulin post cardio? I see no need at all. A low GI carb with protein meal should be fine. (if It is AM cardio)
