    Question trying to make a new routine

    hey guys i want to change up my routine thinking of doing

    sun--chest and back
    mon---bi's and tri's
    tue--shoulder and legs
    wed--chest and back
    thur---bi's and tri's
    fri--shoulder and legs

    cardio everyday for 30 min

    any suggestions!!!!!!!!!

    overtraining dude..

    no need to work shoulders, chest and back twice a week. They need to rest if you work them really hard on your ON days

    I like to give legs a day off their own

    And you cardio everyday for 30 mins????

    Not blasting you bro but looks like your routine needs a lot of help. What are your goals?
