    High reps

I HAVE RUN INTO TOO MANY INJURIES WITH LOW REPS 3-6...so I am now going to try some high rep workouts for the next 3 months ( 12-15 reps) , My question is do I need to bump up my volume and/or frequency???

Right now I hit every muscle about once every 6 days with 9-11 sets for big muscles (i.e. chest, lats) followed by 5-6 for small muscles ( i.e. biceps, triceps).

watchout that you don't strain the ligaments too much.. i prefer static training.. but do that and then 8 week of lower weight and high reps, it really strengthens the joints and ligaments..
