Damn guys, this is my first week back in the gym in 2 weeks cause i have been out with mono... which really screwed me over too, basically lost everything from my last cycle.. that mono dropped me from 191 all the way down to 173 and im weaker than shit.... anyway im back in the gym this week and im gettin these freakin painful ass foot cramps.. in both feet..its like my big toe want to go down and in towards my other toes.. its very painful... i musta had to drop the to floor and take my shoes off real quick and pull my toes back to stretch em out 8 or 9 times tonight doing legs... it hasn't been that frequent when i do other body parts, but it has still happened everyday this week... least 2-4 times a day.... Anyone have this problem before???? anyone have any suggestions??? apprecitate it.
