    Question Ahh Foot Cramps!! Wtf?

    Damn guys, this is my first week back in the gym in 2 weeks cause i have been out with mono... which really screwed me over too, basically lost everything from my last cycle.. that mono dropped me from 191 all the way down to 173 and im weaker than shit.... anyway im back in the gym this week and im gettin these freakin painful ass foot cramps.. in both feet..its like my big toe want to go down and in towards my other toes.. its very painful... i musta had to drop the to floor and take my shoes off real quick and pull my toes back to stretch em out 8 or 9 times tonight doing legs... it hasn't been that frequent when i do other body parts, but it has still happened everyday this week... least 2-4 times a day.... Anyone have this problem before???? anyone have any suggestions??? apprecitate it.

    oh btw, im consuming a good 2-3 gallons of water a day i also take:
    200mg ALA
    baby asprin in the morining
    500mcg Chromium
    Hawthorne Berry Extract
    Liver Aid
    Milk Thistle
    3000mg Vitmain C
    200mg B6
    800mg Tongkat Ali
    B Complex
    L-arginine

    also get 2-3 bananas in a day

    Think it need more potassium? or could it just be the effects of the mono.

    I get alot of foot cramps also! (but never had mono) I really dont have a remedy but I usually can feel the cramp coming so i just move my big toe up and this seems to stop it temporarily.

    say if you were ladi up with sickness the pain could be from just the new wait also the Feet some take the longest to heal..cuz it is so far from heart...

    i figured it had something to do with the mono... cause i never got cramps before... never thought about them he**** the slowest.... its really killin my workouts though, it litterally just takes one akward positioning or movement of my foot and they are crampin bad and im on the floor pullin em back... i was on the ground for almost 20 min one day just pulling my toes towards me and evertime i would let go, they would cramp again and i had to pull em back.... pisses me off... and its very painful

    Mono REALLY sucks man! The only time I ordered mild gear (before I met my wife) I got it. I was taking Primo and Winny with awesome results. Then on the 4th week in...bamn 104-105 fever. No sore throat for me...just the fever. Fever lasted TWO weeks. When I got back in the gym I was weak as could be (Ie. bench went from 275 to 180) and I lost like 15lbs. Don't do what I did, I was stupid and started and finished the rest of my stuff 2nd week back. What a waste! Unlike me, take it easy and slowly work back into it over a month or so.

    Thats really strange. Ive never heard of anything like this. Does it only happen when you train legs?

    man it happens when i train anything... it even happens when im walkin to put up a 45 lb plate... if i lean and put to much weight on one side, that foot will cramp and im on the floor. if im goin heavy on preacher curls, when i pick the bar up, then go to sit back down with it... it sill sometimes cause one or both of my feet to cramp.... its really really annoying

    oh and yes... it happens all the time when i do legs.. every exericise... specially leg press.
