    Is this overtraining?

    Stats:
    203lbs
    5 years training experience
    Also currently on cycle of Dbol , test, deca .

    I have tried to do a bodybuilding routine with a powerlifting side to it. Ill be training each muscle twice a week. I have friday, saturday and sunday off. Do you think this routine is over training? Also it would be a great help if any could advise me on a good bodybuilding/powerlifting routine.

    Monday:
    Squats 5x5
    Deadlifts 5x5
    Bentover row 4x6
    Hamstring curl 4x12
    Shrugs 4x12

    Tuesday:
    Bench 9x3 After every 3 sets drop the weight 10lb
    Incline Dumbells 4x10
    Skull crushers 4x10
    Shoulder press 4x6
    Rear delts 4x12

    Wednesday:
    Squats 3x10
    Bentover row 3x10
    Leg curls 3x10
    Barbell curls 4x10
    Hammer curls 4x10
    Lat pull 4x12

    Thursday:
    Bench 3x10
    Cable flys 3x10
    Tricep extensions 3x10
    Tricep Pulldown 3x10
    Lateral raises 3x10
    Dumbell press 3x10

    i would say no, not overtraining but why dont u take wed off and bump wed, thurs to thurs, fri?

    Sorry mate I dont quite understand what you mean. I cant train fridays, saturdays or sundays because I have play Rugby and have a game on a saturday, so i rest on a friday and take a sunday as recovery

    well now that i know that u train 4 days a week and play rugby the other 3, then maybe it is a little over training. does it feel like u are over training. it must or u wouldnt have asked. r u on any juice?

    Yes I am on Test, Dbol and Deca . It doesnt feel like Im over training but I dont think Im having adequate rest time to grow.

    What position do you play in rugby? the big guys i played with (including myself) were props

    if you are a prop (or are positioned in the scrum) i would suggest lowering the squat reps and upping the wieght for more power (plus it helps for sprinting)

    I play in the center, I could use the extra speed tho so I mite try lowering the reps to 3. Thanks for the advice!
