    i've heard it has an effect,
    all i do for for a fact is that
    deads, bench, and squats...
    scream growth for me...

    That's what some studies say, and that it releases your body's GH. I always do squats as my first exercise for that reason, any body part that is worked after it gets the benefit of having that increase of your test and GH.

    Swolecat made a post a while back about this, i think it was "If you want bigger arms, lift legs." There was some good info in that post

    Your legs are the biggest part of your body. So when you excersise them more hormones are released than if you excersised a smaller body part.

    from what i have read it does have an impact, i dont know how significant of an impact it does have
