    Routine ?

    Heres the routine I have been trying out..tell me if you guys think this is enough rest
    Monday- Chest/shoulders
    Tuesday-Back/traps
    Wed-off
    Thurs-off
    Friday-arms
    Saturday-legs

    Do you guys think my arms still feeling it a little bit on Friday from earlier in the week is a bad thing and that I will overtrain? Or will I get used to it after awhile and this is plenty of rest...

    i'd move the arms back to thursday and the legs to friday and take sat. off.

    I assume you are off Sunday?I def like the way you give yourself 2 full days off after 2 large muscle groups.
    I like the split alot.Plenty of rest...

    Looks good chest, I usually stick with what Smoke said but your work-out sounds like something new for me to try as well.

    Oh yea, I forgot about writing Sunday was off. Sounds good..I'll stick with this for awhile then try somethin on your sticky..I was readin that for an hour or so yesterday and theres so manny.

    Thats what I was going to do initially, but my bi's were still sore from back on Tuesday because of lat pull negative work I think.
