My chest workout.
Im thinking of working my chest once a week.
3 excersises with 3 wroking sets on each excersise, that would be 9 sets til failure. You guys think thats to much? Im just looking for opinions. I will be doing sets of 12 right now, and sets of 6 in 4 weeks for a change.

i don't think it would be too much with working it once a week, just remember to make improvements the next week with weight, reps or resting time...

An important aspect is to remember training volume. For example, if you are doing 3 sets of 12, for 3 exercises, that gives you 108 total reps for chest. Now, if you go with 3 sets of 6 reps, for 3 exercises, that gives you only 54 total reps for chest.

so hey Papi, for bulking, which would be preferred, higher say 110 reps, or lower say 60 reps? -in terms of volume-
