help guys
Hey guys.. well I recently got a new job that causes me to commute about an hour and a half - 2 hours each way. This leaves me drained by the time I get home, and I feel my workouts suffering from this. Anyone here gone through this before, or know what I can do to get my energy up when it comes to workout?

well i would say that you should utilize days off as workout days, even if that means weekends...

Good Luck brother...
