    help guys

Hey guys.. well I recently got a new job that causes me to commute about an hour and a half - 2 hours each way. This leaves me drained by the time I get home, and I feel my workouts suffering from this. Anyone here gone through this before, or know what I can do to get my energy up when it comes to workout?

I agree. Utilize your days off and instead working out 6 days a week try to make it 5. Or drink some RED BULL all ways gets me goin when im exhausted.

i wouldn't say everything in 2 days, but i would use your weekends as 2 major days. i would go legs & chest on the weekends. shoulders is sort of a shorter workout, and back and bi would be fine on wednesday, plus you're going to need some rest so i would take a monday or tueday as your day off totally. your cardio is probably ok, take an ECA stack before you head home and you'll make it. Good Luck brother...
