quick question

Ok, So I had surgury on Wednesday and Havent been able to workout since, And I get back to the gym tommarrow, but I was wondering why during this four day break I feal so depressed, and kind of out of it in all sorts? Is this common

You might ask your doctor...I mean were you taking muscle relaxers or something?...that could have been the cause...I know if I dont workout I get "antsy" but not depressed...

1) What was the surgery?

2) Feeling like shit after surgery is common, especially w/post surgery meds.

even the word surgery doesn't excite me, maybe you should rest up, i'm guessing that's what your body is telling you to do...

Uhh I guess, the pain killers could of had sumthing to do, And yeah Its more antsy too, Not really depression just fe****g like a lug, and a fatty I guess...
