Recently changed up my routine as well

i recently changed up my routine so i am now training everything every 8 days..... and i am emphasizing quality now over quantity, although i am still keeping the volume pretty moderate. For example, i am no longer doing upright rows with an 180lb barbell, as i was not getting a good pump and was not fully working my traps...... because my form used to be sloppy. The most i'm using now is 150, with very good form.

    Anyway this is my routine:

    1) chest/calves Chest: 4 exercises (12-14 sets), calves 2 exercises (8 sets)
    2) Off
    3) Biceps/Triceps. Biceps: 3 exercises (9-10 sets), triceps 3 exercises (10-11 sets)
    4) Quads/Hams Quads: 3 exercises (2 compound moves) 12 sets, Hams: 3 exercises for 9 sets.
    5) Off
    6) Shoulders/ Traps. Shoulders: 4 exercises for 13 sets, Traps: 2 exercises for 8 sets.
    7) Back. 6 exercises, 16-18 sets (Including lower back)
    8) Off

Anyway as i said, i am really focusing now on quality of the reps. I no longer am using weights too heavy that i cannot handle, and therefore do not feel the muscles being worked totally. I am changing the exercises from week to week on almost every exercise. I can already tell this routine has made a difference- does anyone have any additional suggestions?
