    back and leg routine help

from advice in my recent thread in the members section(and well..yea i know i need it) i need some help in the back width and leg size area. lend a hand please guys

    LEGS:
    extensions 4x20
    seated curls 4x20
    squats: 20,15,15,6-10
front squat: 3x15(light weight, focusing on pump and burn)
    calf raise 4x20
    leg press: 20(warm up), 15,10, 6
    standing calf raise 15,10,8
i did sc leg routine for about 6 weeks with some slight variations thrown in, like adding calves, or every now and then dropping a set of two of squats and adding leg presses or hacks

Back: i have my back split up into two days to reduce the volume some, width and thickness. this is my width day

wide grip pull up: 3x BW
    underhand pull up 2x BW
    e-z bar pullover 3x12
wide grip assist pull up: 15,10,8,6
    close grip pulldown: 15,10,6

if youre doing 2 back workouts a week you could potentially be overtraining and limiting your growth....what is the second workout?

well one day is back width, the other is thickness, so i dont think so. thickness consists of 3 -4 sets of deads, 4 sets of t-bars or bent rows, occasionally light stiff deads for three sets, leg curls and db rows for 3 sets each

i actually just recently switched my routine up to that and it seems to be helping improve, ive gotten much better workouts since they are significantly shorter. im basically just looking to see how the excercises look, if any should be added or dropped/switched.
