    Hard Gainer

    Im trying to start a good workout routine/diet without using steroids yet... Im a hardgainer i have trouble gainin weight. Can anyone help me come up with a good "bulking" routine/diet thanks

    And whatever you do dont listen to this guy.

    Weight gainers are good as a supplement, but they do not replace a proper diet. I am an ectomorph hard gainer as well, the battle for us "skinny guys" is won outside of the gym. Eat more calories than your body can burn and you will gain weight, simple as that. Workout hard once or twice a week at most for each body part, and concentrate on eating.
