    cardio and workout same day

    any bros here do two a days cardio in the morning weights in the evening ?

    im in college, and it was hard for me to schedule my workouts. today (tuesdays) i do cardio am and work out around 730. my split is...

    mon (just training)
    tues. -cardio & training-
    wed. (just training)
    thurs cardio
    friday (just training)
    saturday cardio
    sunday off

    Tons of people do cardio a.m. and training p.m. yes.

    It's best to seperate the two for max results.

    some people can only make it to the gym once a day however, so if that is the case, do weights before you do cardio. unless you dont want to build muscle, then just go in the morning and do your cardio. but i can only train once a day so i usually train whatever muscle i want then i do 25-45 mins of cardio.

    I think a majority of the people here do that while cutting. Like SC said, its best to split them. I got great results doing it this way when I was cutting.

    Some even do cardio in the morning, and cardio in the evening after the weights, like me. But I have alot of bodyfat to lose.

    O.K why do you say you won't build any muscle of you run and lift consecutively??????? give me some reasons. SE11 only, then we can all chime in.

    cardio in the AM...5-6 days a week

    lift in th PM 4 days a week

    but who cares when summer comes and im in shape wholl be laughing then
