Hey guys I am currently 180 and use to be the same weight when I was lifting last year and was bigger and not so tight pants. I took awhile off after a car wreck, and I was wondering if there is a way for me to drop around the waist while gaining here and there. I know you cant put mass on while cutting back eating.. I was just curious.. THANKS BRO
