Help! Want to lose waist..
Hey guys I am currently 180 and use to be the same weight when I was lifting last year and was bigger and not so tight pants. I took awhile off after a car wreck, and I was wondering if there is a way for me to drop around the waist while gaining here and there. I know you cant put mass on while cutting back eating.. I was just curious.. THANKS BRO
*I would go up in pants size, but I am at college and the income is low*

Get your diet in order, apply cardio 6-7 days a week, etc....
No one can tell you what is going to happen, you have to develop a plan and go for it. Do it for weeks/months, then re-evaluate.

Im in the same boat as you are bro. I just started back up after a 3 year layoff do to injury. Dont worry, once you get back into it and get your diet straight that belly fat will fly off. Good luck.
