Bit confused from hst site as it specifies training regimes but doesnt say
1. how much rest between exercises 2. speed of exercise 3. also it says to work up to your max load for each rep range so say if 15 rep max is a certain weight, at first you use less of a weight and build up each session by 20lbs each time so after the 6th session your at your max. But the sessions before wont be taxing at all. Am i getting this right.
