Workout Routine Help?
Fellas, I was trying to conjure up a new workout routine to go with my next cycle. This is what I came up with:
MONDAY Chest, Triceps
TUESDAY Back, Biceps
WEDNESDAY Off
THURSDAY Shoulders, Traps, Abs, Obliques, Forearms
FRIDAY Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
SATURDAY Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
SUNDAY Off
What do yall think? Any suggestions/critiques would be appreciated. Thanks

Just curious. but why do you want to do your biceps and triceps twice a week?

I figured twice a week would stimulate more growth without overtraining. I'm trying to increase my arm size/strength to get it up to par with my chest/back/legs. I tried to leave a few days of rest in between each workout day regarding arm muscles, actually every muscle group.
