Problem "breathing" when working out.
I am sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't come across any old threads.
When I lift weights, I can't seem to get my breathing down. I tend to hold my breath and turn bright red... anyone have any tips on breathing? Yes, it seems obvious but what I am really asking if there are any "tips" to help concentrate on breathing.
