    help with back workout

    i was wanting some new things to do for back days. i usually do:
    bent over rows
    cable rows
    barbell rows
    pulldowns on the cable machine (not sure of the technical name)

    its not alot i know.....thats why i am asking for more to do.

    any help would be apreciated.
