    Diff. Trap Sizes

My traps are prob. my best feature on my body. I always work them equally but for some reason the left trap passed up my right one. How Can I just make 1 trap grow, to match up to the other side.

Use db when doing shrugs and do more weight or extra sets/reps on the weaker side. Could be a postural problem. A lot of people have one shoulder that is lower than the other. Not sure if thats the case or if the actual muscle is less developed. Either way, try something like that.

It might be that, because it effects me when deadlifting somtimes. My left shoulder extends more, same with other excersises. Maybe I cant fix this? But it has become more and more obvious.
