    Is this a good idea??

    http://www.junglegrips.com/

I use Lifting straps when I do some back work and get down to the last couple of heavy sets I can't hang on so I use them.

I ran across these and thought man this would be easier than wrapping up each time but did not know if this would work the same as lifting straps?? Anyone use these?

Also what I find odd is see this page http://www.junglegrips.com/exercises.htm look at all the exercises they are saying to use this product with?? Curls? abs crunch? weird.. I guess I see if but wouldn't using this for all that stuff make your forearms weak?

thanks for any thoughts on the subject.

They have those at my gym. I would only use them for deads or rowing movements myself. I can't imagine doing curls w/those, that would feel so un-natural.

    To me anyhow.......

Yeah, I liked the entrance for them too. I had my speakers loud as fuk though and scared the crap out of myself.

haha.. never have my speakers on so I did not notice.. I just watched the intro and that is pretty good..

Well I may give them a try for Pull ups and Deads but none of that other stuff.. I don;t see how using them on curls would be beneficial.

    thanks
