    Running Everyday?

    Is that good? Wouldn't it be to hard on your joints? Im about to go on a high protein/low fat cutting workout/diet. And I had me running nice cardio 3 days a week. Any thoughts?

    Dont run. If you run you burn muscle with fat. Stay at 65 to 70% of your MHR and youll stay in your fat burning zone. If possible try to do it in the morning before you eat anything.

    stay 65% -70% MHR? What does that mean exactly? So running like 2-3 miles on tuesday, thrusday, and saturday would be bad?

    it means keep your heart rate around 65% of your max...
    take 220-(your age) *.65= where your heart rate should be...
    do it for 45 minutes in the a.m. before you eat anything...
    some guys say have a little whey beforehand, but it's your choice...
