    The Flu!!!

    I tested positive for the flu this Saturday. And I was wondering how should I adjust my workout? I normally workout 6 days a week and it is tuesday now so my schedule is officially screwed up! When I go back to the gym do i need to take it easy or continue at the same pace. Im just frustrated because it feels like im losin all my gains and more importantly I have no appetite.

    mate just happened to me last weekend (no not 2 days ago, w/e before that) and I STILL DONT have my appetite back i feel sick 24/7 and have to force food down feeling im gonna be sick the whole time it sucks ass. and im just into my test cycle

    push yourself as hard as you can as long as you dont throw up its all good!

    something going around i think iv'e been bad with the flu since friday back to work tomorrw also i've had a throat infection with it that has not helped
