I've been working out for a few months now and I only felt the pump one time in my bieceps. It was great and I wanted to know how you get that all the time. Do you have to be on juice?

..........uhhhh...... I actually get it everytime. All u gotta do is curl a dumbell a couple times. I dont want to make u feel stupid but u should be getting a pump every single time you workout. It has nothing to do with roids. Certain products deliver a greater pump. All NO products will because of the rushing blood. Thats what the pump is, blood rushing to your muscles.
