Would I be Overtraining? Need some advice on this program

I've been eating good (around 3600 cals, 300 pro, 280 carb, 80 fat) the last 3 1/2 months, trying this program out. My lifting regimen had me lift 3 days a week and I did no cardio (trying to add some bulk - then cut). I am 6'1" and weighed 169 lbs. about 4 months ago. As of today I am at 201 lbs, with SLIGHT fat gain in the stomach area. I've seen some muscle development, but I am kinda impatient I've started taking proprienate/anavar a couple weeks ago. Yes I know its a cutting cycle, but I wanted to take it before it expired. So basically, I am very tempted to change my workout routine because I'm just not satisfied with the muscle development I'm getting and I want to maximize the results of my cycle. I'm afraid this might be "overtraining", but I only want to do it for a few months. Here it is:

    Mon (Biceps, Back, Legs)
    Standing barbell curl - 4x10
    Preacher curl - 4x10
    Seated dumbell curl - 4x10
    Seated row - 4x10
    Cable front pulldown - 4x10
    Squat - 4x10
    Calf raise - 4x25

    Tue (Chest, Triceps, Shoulders)
    Bench press - 4x10
Incline dumbell bench press - 4x10
    Cable crossover - 4x10
    Skullcrusher - 4x10
    Cable pushdown - 4x10
    Shoulder press - 4x10
    Front raise - 4x10

    Wed (off)

    Thu (Biceps, Back, Legs)
    Standing barbell curl - 4x10
    Preacher curl - 4x10
    Seated dumbell curl - 4x10
    Seated row - 4x10
    Cable front pulldown - 4x10
    Squat - 4x10
    Calf raise - 4x25

    Fri (Chest, Triceps, Shoulders)
    Bench press - 4x10
Incline dumbell bench press - 4x10
    Cable crossover - 4x10
    Skullcrusher - 4x10
    Cable pushdown - 4x10
    Shoulder press - 4x10
    Front raise - 4x10

    Weekends off

My current program is the same but not twice a week. And on my last couple sets, I usually fail at around 8.

I wanna just give this new program a shot and see how it goes, but if alot of you guys say its a bad idea, I'll take the advice. I just want some feedback before I give it a go.

    thanks

Personally, there is no way possible I could ever train the same bodyparts Thursday that I just trained on Monday.

Tuesday I am usually a bit sore, Wednesday the most sore-ness sets in, and trying to train that next day just doesn't work.

For me anyhow, no way. I find the bigger I get, the longer rest I need as you are repairing MORE muscle tissue.

agreed, working out the same body parts 2x a week....is redundant and will get you no where
