    Hello,
    working out for 3 yrs with little to no results, some people tell me to do high reps some tell me short reps with more weight whats the best way to go looking to really hip my shoulders and chest? do i really need steroids to make my muscles come out? people tell me i look skinny i want to look buff. or toned something that shows i work out!

    read up in the diet forum about how to "clean bulk" make a diet formed by a stickie at the top of the forum there.
    post your diet...
    then read about workout methods in the workout forum and pick one...
    then make a training schedule off of that...
    post everything about yourself such as age, stats, experience, your diet and worekout plan...
    we'll all critique and you'll be ready to begin!
