cable extension
dips
occasionally
skull crusher
kickbacks
overhead extension
For chest I like
DB Fly
arnold presses
decline bench (personal preference is all)
occasional flat bench(same)
wide grip dips!

i do all those already... still i am laggin on the rear of my tris and the nipplle and below area of my chest...

nose busters
tricep extension
DB tricep overhead
reverse tricep
Overhead tricep machine
Thursday
chest again,
same type of stuff just with hammer machines
Friday
triceps again
basically the same
maybe a swith with machines.
everythings 3X10

You have to work more than that...you cant just focus on chest and tricep!!!
you also cant work them a bunch of times a week...man...you better start studying the board...check out some of the workout routine stickies...
ok... the thread i posted is about chest and triceps. i posted my routine that had to do with my question. ok? settle down and take a deep breath. now back to the question at hand.
twice a week is the best way my body responds. ive tried 3x a week and also 1 time a week... 2 is what works for me the best. ive been around the board for a long time and have studied my fair share. just because i dont post doesnt mean i dont know more than u, or it also doesnt mean im a newbie

i think dips have helped my lower chest more than anything. i'm not sure what you mean by rear part of the tricep. elaborate.

so let me understand...you work chest and triceps twice a week with all the excercises you listed and your muscles are growing like crazy?...hmm that would be immpressive...

reverse grip pulldowns hit that area. 1 or 2 handed, i prefer 1 handed. kickbacks will hit it also, only higher up.
