here's my scheme right now:
mon- chest/tri
tue- back/bi
wed- legs
thur- shoulder
fri- arms
I do abs/cardio six days a week, cardio is 45-55min/session.
personally i would make friday and abs/calves day...
no need to do abs 6 days a week at all, they're a muscle just like every other group and if you hit them hard enough you won't want to/be able to do them nearly that much.
