tricep workout
i also was looking for a good tri workout to produce good size..
i so skullcrushers, kickbacks, presses w/ dumbell. and some cable excercises thanks

heres what i do
3 sets of skull
3 sets overhead db
3 sets rope tri extension
3 sets of cable kickbacks
finish with
3 sets of dips till faliure
this pretty much always burns the shit out of my tri tips

the overhead db is hard to do w/o a spot b/c i cant go heavy enough or to failure w/o dropping it behind me

skulls with press
reverse bench
rope pushdowns

i like the reverse bench as well
and overhead db
or weighted dips

which excercise works the part of your tricep closes to your elbow? my triceps are alot bigger towards my shoulder but i want it to extend that size downards toward my elbow.. i extend all the way on every tri excercise anyone know what might help build the mass by my eblow?

Dips, Close Grip Presses and Extensions are proven tricep builders... they put a nice heavy load on the muscle... use proper form and work progressively and your tricpes will make a come back with these three... don't use all three in one workout... pick any two of those power movements and then if you really want to use some fancy machine or something to fully deplete them - go for it...
