alot of times it has to do with ur diet and ur genetics
I really didn't want to do any "major juice" To be honest I have good genetics and get pretty big. I don't want to get too much bigger. I just want to be a lean as **** with good definition. I am 5'7" 205 and big enough. Just good genes. Bout 12% bodyfat Thats kind of why I put this in the supplement forum and not steroid forum. My diet is basiclaly like this
6:30 am - 25 min cardio
7am - 6 egg whites
1 bowl Plain oatmeal
Piece of Fruit
10 am - Can of Tuna
Flax seed
1pm - Protein Shake
1 TBS natural Peanut Butter
1/2 banana
4pm - Lifting
Directly after
Protein Shake and Glucose
7pm
2 grilled Chicken Breasts
All the broccoli or Green Beans I can Eat
10 pm Caesin Protein Shake
I just started this monday

8 week cycle
First 4 weeks

hey bro.. i would say your diet is lookin pretty clean.. do you know the macros of that outline?? im not one to judge this since im workin on mine also, but if you post that up in the diet forums the bros and some sis's (xtina) can help you out more. they will prolly suggest more food though.. see what they say..
i see your hittin winny and t3.. are you takin oral or inj, whats the dose?
also, t3 is very catabolic and if you run it with out test you could find youself losing muscle with fat. its a good idea to run test along with that cycle you have up there, if you are takin inj win, then running prop with that would be great for synergistiv effects, but imo winny alone is not a good choice and no test with t3 is also imo not good from what ive read. you say your not ready for "major juice", but i dont think by adding prop in with the winny youd be "major juicing", thats kinda of mild but im sure would produce some well wanted results. while im at it, what your cycle experiance?
you seem to have your ish down already being that size with good genetics off the bat, so i doubt youll have any trouble cuttin up, i would just worry about cuttin too much and losing that hard earned muscle.

Pro/Carb in morning
Pro/Fat mid morning
Pro/Fat/and Veggies for lunch
my preworkout meal is what everyone says i need to fix. I have Protein SHake scoop of nat peanut butter and half banana. Its purely for protein and the other stuff is the for taste. So i know i should Pro/Carb before i lift. And i do sometimes take a lil glucose. But I am leaving this i like it.LOL

Only things I have done are supps ECA and CLen when I wrestled in College. Other than that. Clean as a whistle. bulked up good this winter want to get real lean to be honest if i lose lil big muscle i won't mind. I just want to be hard.
well if its workin then go on with it brotha.. but about the cycle. have you read about the use of t3, and which are you using? lions or vet/human? if your serious about using that then you may want to pick up some test to minimize the amount of muscle stripped from it. im not sure of the severity if you decide to run it with out test, but since your running winny already, why not add some prop in there and make it a good run.
do you have an outline of the cycle your running? if you can post it up so we can help get you the best layout of it.
