I have a belt. I MIGHT use it for heavy, heavy squats...1 or 2 sets...but that is all. If you wear it all the time you will weaken your core.

There is one dude who trains while I'm at the gym, he comes down from the locker room with his belt cinched tight and never loosens it during his w/o, never. He always has it on, no matter what he is trying to do. Seated calf raises? WTF?

belt for squat or dead if you need them or standing overhead presses, build your transverse absmuscle and you will not use the belt very often, i use it when i deadlift over 4 plates and squat over 3 plates,it helps my overall speed and stability
