Day 3:Bi's and tri's
dumbbell curls-4 sets
overhead dumbbell extensions-4 sets
wide grip flatbar curl-4 sets
reverse grip or close grip bench-3 sets
dunno what its called but using the cables and pulling them in towards your head...supermans maybe??-4 sets
weighted dips-3 sets
hammer curls-3 sets til failure
tripcep rope extensions-3 sets til failure
Day 4-off
day 5-shoulders
flat bar shoulder press-4sets
front dumbbell raises
upright rows-4 sets
lateral raises-4 sets
Day 6-legs
squats
leg extensions
calf raises
i know the leg workout is weak lol
day 7- off
REPEAT
please critique this ive been doing this for a while and i am really looking for a chance so any suggestions would be great...sorry if i butchered the names of the actual exercises im not too knowledgable about the exact terms but i think its pretty clear
