How do you make your forearms grow??
What exercises?
What rep range?
How often to work them out?
Any special teqniques?

4arm curls both ways. i go once a week at like 15 reps and 4 sets per direction

reverse scott curls and wrist curls, 3 sets of each twice a week (do scott curls on preacher bench)

pullups
basically heavy back excercises...
