please help with a bulking routine
Need some help I was training one muscle a week but I was thinking of changing since am recuperating faster because of the AAS
this was my old work out routine :
Monday: chest
Tuesday: legs
Wensday:back
Thursday: shoulders
Friday: arms
I would be working the muscle out 3 times per week but I am only doing 3 exercises
Per muscle and from 4-5 sets for each exercise so it’s not that much. I am going to vary the Exercises since there are some many exercise for each body part like for example for chest on Monday I would do (bench press, incline dumbbell press, pullovers) but on Wednesday I would do (bench press ,flyes, cable crossovers) Friday I will change it again so that I can hit the muscle from different angles
This is how the workout would look like:
Monday -Wednesday -Friday: chest, tricep, shoulders
Tuesday-Thursday- Saturday: back, bicep, legs
