Whats the earliest everyone works out at?
I get most of my energy at about 6-7pm thats when I feel strong as hell. Latley I have had a schdule change making my workouts at 5:30AM. I gave it a shot today and was dead tired! it was a leg day as well. I can only imagine my chest days. Anyways...I have no other time options to workout until may 1st.

i don't blame you i could never have a good workout that early, i would fall asleep in the gym.
The earliest i workout is usually 11am-noontime, but most of the time i seem to work out at 7 pm or so , like what you were doing
If it's a change to the job schedule.......i assume though you may be able to go to bed earlier......perhaps if you try that you will be able to have a good early morning workout
