    Targeting the Gut

    Im 22, 5'11 230lb at %20BF

%75+ of that %20bf is my gut/love handles, (beer belly) I let myself go for a while

Anyways, i've cut the beer/drinks etc, also im following the Cutting diet sticky in the diet section.

I am also on my second cycle, im doing

    Tren Ace 50mg ED
    Prop 70mg ED
    Clen
    T3

I work out 5 times a week, followed by 30mins cardio then the PWO shake.

Im getting big and very defined everywhere except my GUT.

any suggestions on howto speed up fat loss on my Gut, a trainer at the gym said that cruches are only good for defining abs if your BF is already low, but wont help loose alot of fat.

Your trainer is right without getting into anything else, you cant spot reduce body fat, when i start cutting i start seeing loss in my face first then arms, then back followed by legs, gut then love handles and finally nipples, after bulking and cutting a couple times you'll find out where you lose and gain weight the easiest imo

if anything keep training on your abs low cause building them up will make your gut look bigger until the bf is reduced to at least 15%
