    Chest is lagging, help

    My chest is underdeveloped in comparison to the rest of my body. Im 6'5 and have long arms wich doesn't help. Im wondering if i should start doiing chest twice a week or throw in a few excercises when i do shoulders and traps. Im doiing between 6-10 reps till failure on my working sets, should i go a little heavier and do 4-6 reps?? Im doiing chest and tris on monday and shoulders traps thurs

    I switch it around it consists of flat bench, incline dumbells,dips, and dumbell flys

    try doing 8-12 reps maybe. u wont gain too much size w low reps just strength.

    I get size on my chest by doing a set of 8,
    then a set of 6 til failure,
    then a set of 4 til failure... upping weight each set by either 5 or 10 pounds...
    flat BB bench, incline DB bench, decline DB press, dips is all my chest, with some good stretching before and after my sets...
