    Bench Press Problem

Today is the first time that I have benched in about 3 months. I always do incline barbell press or dumbell flat press as my main presses. So today I get on the bench feeling good. Put a 45 on each side. Felt like a feather but then my arms started wobbling like rubber. I felt embarrased. Then i put on a 35 on each side hoping more weight would control the wobbling it just got worse. I only could do it for 6. Even though it was light weight the wobbling made it almost impossible to control. Went for 225 only could do 3 because of the wobbling when I know if I didnt wobble I could go for 8+. Its like right now my arms are ****en interfaring with my chest workouts. Somone told me its I have week rotator cuffs. I do side pull outs on the cable all the time. I dont wobble on incline nor when doing dumbell presses. What is the deal and how can I fix this problem?

You are using different muscle to stablize the bar then you do DB's....... it will come back and you will be fine.
