Bench Press and Tricep
When I bench press, I get a major pump in my triceps but not in my chest. I feel I use most my chest but my pump stays in the arms. What am I doing wrong?

This may be a little unorthodox, but it works for me. if i'm not feeling a pump for whatever reason, try closing your eyes and imagining the muscle you want doing most of the work. (this really helps with back too). it always gets me a pump if i'm not feeling it...

Maybe you are pressing with your elbows close to your torso. Try keeping your upper arm perpendicular to your torso while doing pressing movements, it hits the chest more. You will feel it more in your triceps pressing with your upper arm parallel to your torso. Make sense?

are you using a closer grip. put your pointer or midle finge on the knurling, the wider thegrip the more chest you will use
