    Weak Grip

I have been doing deadlifts for a while and have come to be able to lift more than my hands can grip. I have used straps but even with them by the end of back day my hands feel really weak. Can anyone give me some ideas for strengthening my grip. My goal is to be able to do most of my deads without the help of straps.
    Thanks.

capt of crush gripers available at "milo" google it you will find them. also stop using the straps, you may also consider using the hook grip, it is a double overhand gripyou wrap you finger around your thumbs when you grip the bar, hurts the first few wk but after awhile you get used to it,so you at least now use the one hand over and one hand under grip?

Static Holds... Load up a BB and stand there and just hold it...for as long as you can. These were prescribed to me by Papi and it has helped a TON!...
