    new guy

I am just returned to lifting 3 weeks ago fron a 5 month layoff. I was involved in a car accident and broke my neck c-7(lower neck). I was wondering if i should do each body part twice lower shorter workouts or continue with once per week.I sometimes get fatigued on single bodypart. I have spoke to two doctors which told me whatever i liked.
any opinions from returning from an injury
    greatly appreciated

well i see where you said you went to a doctor. and i don't want to advise you at all at this point. talk to a Physical therapist or a licensed professional. my advice...

Once a week each bodypart, don't start out of the gate too fast as you'll lose gas quickly and peter out! You grow when you rest anyhow, so take it slow and be productive in each of your workouts.

Well, not sure where you read that, but remember to question the credibility and circumstances of everything you read.

If all else fails, utilize both methods for a set period of time and record the results and see what YOU as an individual respond better too. Everyone has their own niche to fit in, and you just have to find what your's is.
