Old workout program vs New? What to do?

Hey my current workout program contains a lot of high reps with high sets. Here is a given day of my work out
    Incline Barbell Press 9x9
    Incline DB Press 5x12,10,8,6,12
    DB flyes 4x 8-12
    Staning Press 5x10,8,6,8,10
    Close Grip Bench 5x8-12
    Tricep Pushdown 4x8-12
Should i continue this or change it up

That's too much of an open ended question to be able to legitimately address.

Sorry i guess i wasnt too specific. When i work out, i have huge pumps due to the blood, but dont seem to grow efficiently. I see a lot of people doing 4 exercises with 3 sets and reps of 6-10. should i continue with what i am doing or change it up

It's more of an issue of what has been productive for you, how long have you been implementing the current routine, etc.

Change is good, when it's warranted.
